Don't make an issue of it. 2 can play that game, only, you start dressing in a way that gets his attention. I'm not talking anything too revealing, but just enough to take him over the edge. It might get the attention of others too, which he won't like. When he raises it, then you point out what he's been doing & how it makes you feel.

Toss his ***. It is one thing to notice someone, or even make a comment to you about how hot some other girl is because there is more to attraction than just looks. He in my opinion has taken it to the next level. From what you have said, he seems infatuated with her.

Depends on how long you've been with your guy. I would pinch him in that tender spot on the underside of the arm but I would NOT do it hard enough to hurt him. I would do it just as a HEY, WTF? My mom used to that to me when I was acting up in public and it worked. It also worked when I was trying to get my boyfriend (now husband) to behave in public, specifically, not staring at girls.

It's disrespectful and becomes a problem when it bothers the other person provided they are aware of it. Have you discussed this with him? He's probably not able to read your mind.
