The good ones have it down to a science.
Like any job, if you do it well you'll get noticed. Sure, it's repetative, but if you do it well, smile at the customer, show up on time every day, and work hard, you'll get noticed.

in Grocery Store, sackers get the opportunity to sweep and mop floors, stock shelve, help people take their groceries to their cars and retrieve shopping baskets for the parking lot, the wage depend on the store and how hard you work, slacker sackers get sacked.
