you can loss you license or probation and community service good luck with it all and don't drink till you 21 it's not worth all the trouble it makes trust me you not cool now are you

In lawyer-speak, it depends. How old were you? Where did the offense occur? Is it the only charge? Do you have an attitude?

What state is it in? Is it a juvenile court ("delinquent by reason of possession...")?

Probably not much. Continued without a finding, dismissed if no further charges, is the least you can expect.

Probably just a criminal summons which means its basically a ticket in which you have to appear before a judge. unless he was driving then theres a possibility that the judge could revoke their license until either 21 or 18 I cant remember which.
