Maybe you should stop trying to act like a white trash and be yourself.
J/P, I love asian women... Hate them ones who think they white, and shame of their heritage..... Asian girls are the prettiest of all females.
OK, this is the Makeup category, what the hell? How'd I get here?

The best advice I can give you is the same I give my teens, Asian or not: The best makeup subtly enhances, and looks natural. If your skin tone is very pale, pick out a powder that is closest to your natural look. Try brown eyeliner instead of black (makes a big difference). Also, blush should be pale pink or mauve. The new sheer color lip glosses should work well for you, too. One of the best ways to experiment is to have a sleep'over with your best girlfriends, and take turns doing each other's make-up. Have fun!

I am a make up artist and I have clients of all ethnic backgrounds here are some steps and tips to help you.
Asian skin tone varies from porcelain to assorted hues of yellow, so selecting the right foundation can be a challenge. Powder is essential to set makeup and provide a flawless finish; blush may help add contour and dimension to your face.
Steps:
1. Head to your local department store to test foundation, even if you don't think you'd like to buy there. If you have porcelain skin you might try a shade with a slightly pink cast; all others should stick to yellow-toned formulas.
2. Test foundation on the inside of your wrist, or have a beauty adviser apply it to a makeup-free jawline. You want a color that seems to disappear, while it evens out your complexion and camouflages imperfections.
3. Use concealer to hide dark circles and blemishes. Consider green tones to help neutralize redness and a yellow tone, a few shades lighter than your foundation, under the eye.
4. Choose a powder shade that harmonizes with your skin tone. For most Asian complexions this means a yellow-toned shade, save the very pale beauty, who may do better with a translucent or a pale beige shade with a pink cast.
5. Add contour to your face with a hint of blush. Look for shades in pale bronze, subtle pink or soft apricot.
Tips:
Remember that foundation will look darker in the bottle than it does on your skin.
Choose formulas that work in harmony with your skin type. Drier skins will benefit from a creamier foundation, and oilier skins should stick to a water-based liquid foundation and oil-free powder.
Skip foundation if you're blessed with flawless skin - wear a tinted moisturizer instead. Look for shades that blend into your skin, rather than sit on top of it.
Hope that works. Good Luck.

i'm azn too!!!! =]
i love eyeliner but because i have no crease it doesn't really look that good because when you close your eyes it's all black and when you open them you can't see any black! so i like to use covergirl eyeslicks gel eyecolor or maybelline cool effect shadow/liner because they come in a lot of different colors and i just put that on my lower las line and my upper lash line and it looks really hot and i get compliments all the time when i wear it!
but you can stilll use shadow and stuff but i recomend not with the products that i listed above. anyways, for shadow what i do is put my base color (very light color) for your whole lid and then a darker color closer to your lash line. this will make your eyes look a bit bigger.
dark eyeliner isn't really good on asians cause it makes eyes look smaller and most asians have small eyes.
also, many asians don't have long lashes so it's good to curl your lashes (heated curlers or blow dry your curler for a better effect--but not too hot!) and then apply 2-3 coats of mascara. you shouldn't curl your lashes after putting mascara on cause then it could cause damage to your lashes.
for lips i like using a natural, shiny, shimmery lip gloss usually w/ a hint of light pink. but if your an all out hot type than red lipstick looks soooo awesome but it doesn't work for all of us girls.
blush and foundation is dependent on the person whether they need it or not.
my cousin also said that sephora's a good place to go if you ask the employees for help.
oh, and thank you HotRod!!!!
remember, everyone is different and you gotta try stuff out so you can see what looks best on you!!!

I'm asian too and never used foundation, just eye makeup and lip gloss. Last year I got married but decided to do my own makeup because naturally you know your face the best. Unless you have the money to hire a good makeup artist...Anyways, I went to a mall and went to a big department store, for asians skin, I think Shisheido is one of the best. Plus the lady at the counter was so sweet and walked me through foundation and taught me to moisturize before putting on any makeup. It did wonders, I walked out feeling amazing and the makeup was light! Mind you, I went to Mac the week before and walked out feeling too made up and the layer of makeup was uncomfortable!

Go to a nice department store like Macy's, Belk, Lord & Taylor, Norstroms. Hopefully, there would be a person of asian decent behind one of the makeup counters that can help you. Tell them you're interested in buying some makeup and ask them to do your face. Have them do one eye and ask if you could try and do the other etc etc. Now you don't have to buy anything, but you can buy $20 worth of something- or the whole shabang. Anyway, worthly tip?

Peach shades look amazng on Asians! Since Chinese usually have more of a flat face, blush works wonders! Try looking up asian makeup techniques on google or yahoo, theres so much out there.

Eyebrows: Buy an eyebrow brush and a brown shadow to fill in your eyebrows. Well-defined brows will enhance your face and bring strength to your eyes.
Eyes: Biggest mistake: going dark and dramatic. Avoid contouring with black shadow because that will make your eyes look small and more recessed. Instead, use a lighter shadow all over your eyelid and a medium tone shadow for a soft contour. Next, use a brush and a deep shadow to line all the way around your eye.
Cheeks: A simple pink blush on your cheeks will make you look pretty.
Lips: Go for sheer gloss or full-on red lipstick. Try experimenting with color.
THE PERFECT MAKE-UP KIT:
- Concealer/foundation - Yellow-toned
- Matte brown shadow - To fill-in brow
- Thickening black mascara
- Three eye shadows
1. one that's soft, for all-over color on lid
2. a second that's medium, for lid contour
3. and a third that's dark, to use in lining eyes
- Pink blush (cream or powder)
- Lips - have a whole collection from subtle to crazy
AVOID AT ALL COSTS:
- Skin-whitening cream
- Pink foundation
2 MORE EDGY LOOKS:
DARK EYES
Smokey eyes (still stay close to lashes with shadow)
Pastel blush, pale lip color
STRONG MOUTH - red or wine matte or glossy lip.

im korean and sometimes makeup that americans do dont match on asians b/c of the different features. i use liquid eyeliner on top of my lid but put it thin not thick..thick eyeliner always makes asian eyes look smaller. i also curl my eyes and put thickening and lengthening mascara..b/c some of us have short eyelashes..i also put concealer and foundation that matches my skin..i put concealer under my eyes and blemishes or rednesses. i put foundation all over my face to even out my skin tone. for lips just put light pink/clear glosses and nude pink lip liner.
