As of late, Duke. But with some of there great players leaving, Kentucky could possibly have the upper hand. The team to watch though is UNC. With good young talent, they are going to go far.

No offense, but historically the answer is UCLA, over the past 20 years it's UNC and over the past ten years I give the nod to UConn. I judge this in terms of Championships won and star players that went on to do great things in the NBA. Over the past 10 years (especially the past 5) no one has produced more top tier pro's than UConn and they've won 2 Championships in that time.
I don't understand why Duke's coach is revered as a "genius" while no one even knows who Coach Calhoun is. The two times that UConn won the national championship they went through Duke to do it.
Kentucky hasn't done anything in years.

DUKE, no question. theyve got coach k, josh mcroberts, greg paulus, etc., they used to have jj redick, shelden williams, sean dockery, lee melchionni.. wow, so many good players coming and leaving just from this season. they do well recruiting-wise, coaching-wise and playing all around (but they cant seem to get to the championships any more.) GO BLUE DEVILS!
