pants are PART of the uniform at McDonald's.....you must remember your entire uniform

Well...lets see...no pants...legs are probably scrawny (employees may seem malnourished and therefore under paid) ...the "equipment" may not be much to look forward to (that would not even work for a publicity stint) ...like most men the socks and underwear are probably not a good combo (this says "our employees can`t even combine their clothes, let alone attend your business") ...depending on what you do for a living this may not have been a forgivable ooops. LOL
Good luck tomorrow morning...remember, shirt on the top, pants on the bottom, shoes on feet...

Overreact ... I'll even fire you if you don't wear more appropriate clothes to work and make other people get offended by what you are wearing unless you work at home.

He may have got frightened that next time u would forget ur shorts . so he wanted to give u a warning and prevent that.

Don't feel bad. Einstien did that once but luckily his wife stopped him. He was the professor of Physics at Cambridge at that time.

Not at all,I forget to wear my pants all the time. It's not as bad as when I forget my socks.

my grandma once forgot her skirt in the middle of the winter. I don't know maybe he thought you were being inappropriate.
