Tennant refused to pay late fees ,paying one mounth 11 days late. Paying another 15 days late . Not paying June rent .it is now the 26 of june. agreed to pay late fee of 50.00 a day after the 3of each mounth on lease

You hire an attorney and serve them a three-day notice to pay or quit. Then if they don't pay, you evict them.

call Vinnie, he can make anyone pay!!! No really just need to go to the county courthouse, they will help you get ride of those rat b@@terds. Some people never pay and are uncollectable. But the court will point you in the right direction, the cost is reasonalbe, you do not need a layer unless there are some odd circumstances. Good Luck.

go to your court house tell the filing clerk what you want to do and then file the paperwork, to get them served for court the paper work is minimal and it usually only costs 50.00 to file and 25.00 to serve them. then just show up to court with all your paperwork in order and it is just that simple I have 3 buildings you get to be a pro at filling out the paper after a while good luck...

Take it to rent court and they can issue an eviction notice if they don't show up.

Send them a bill, if they don't pay take them to small claims court.
