I have a 585 beacon score. I've been given a great deal on some investment property, but don't have the 20% down payment that most companies require... I need help!

100 percent loan on investment property is tough - there are a few companys but they also look at your total packate - the 585 is workable - ok - do you have equity in your current home for 5 percent down and do a 95 percent loan....check out my website, and visit some of my links, also the many many states I lend in - ok Good Luck

Full Spectrum Lending, a division of Countrywide Home Loans works specifically with people that have less than perfect credit. Full Spectrum can work with potential borrowers that have credit scores of 500 and up, collections accounts, bankruptcies and CCCS.
They have several programs available. Go to Countrywide.com and click on the link that says "Less than perfect credit" or go to Fullspectrumlending.com.. you can also call 1-800-871-1756 or apply online
