Well, if you can go inside a party house, then why not? Sex is another thing (though you two are a little too young for that). If all else fails, try something out of the ordinary or something you haven't done before. Who knows? Practising enough Dance Dance Revolution and kicking **** with the boys could be a great experience (i know so since i got beaten by a teen girl once on Counter-Strike).

Go to the library and find some good books (fiction and non-fiction) and read. Learn another language. Go to the local human society and volunteer to walk lonely dogs. Take a class in painting, dancing, singing.
There are likely several hundred special interest groups or clubs in you area (mine has over 400) and it is likely that the library has a list of them all plus the contact person, surely you can find one which has interest for you.

First of all, stay away from the movies...theres nothing worse than a bunch of annoying slutty immature teeny boppers at the movies ruining for everyone else. Please, do a favor for the rest of us and stay at home! paint your little toenails and do eachothers hair or some shiz like that, or go sneak out and play spin the bottle or truth or dare. or prank call your crushes and hang up. Just stay home and play your dumb immature games and think you are the sh!t.

Invite some guys over. They always get the party started. Hey, I'm a sixteen year old, too, and it always works for me. If you can't do that, then go skating or something. Maybe toilet paper some house after dark. Or play jail-break!
