why is it everytime i asked a question it would say edit or delete under my name.

because since you are the author of the question/answer, you get the option to edit it, or you can just delete it. Simple.

becuz if u notice that u typed sumthin wrong u can edit it and if u happen to change ur mind about answering the question u can delete it
