All of the things my son has given me over the years including a rock with a dogs head shape to it and one that he hauled home with the 4 wheeler using a rope to drag it behind it. It was humoungous.I had mentioned it would look good in my flowers , so ask and he delivered.
and then I would never want to give up the things my mother and father kept that was precious to them, handed down by their parents to them.
And my pictures of my late husband and our family, and his wedding ring and mine.
But most of all I do not ever want to have to sell my folks house and property. It has been in my family for many generations getting smaller with each generation but we still retain at least a tespoon full of the family farm.

I have some books from when I was little that bring back so many memories! I love those books. I will try and get copies of all of them for when I have children so they won't ruin the ones I had as a child (most of them are nearly falling apart anyway because my brother chewed on them!!!)

Pictures! Drawn, taken, colored, school, weddings, funerals, family reunion, holidays, 100th birthday ... on down to new born's, places we have been, people we met, kids being silly, friends saying good-bye, new homes we live in, old homes we like to reminisce about, graduation, vacations, and etc etc. These would not be worth a penny to anyone else but me. But I would pay a small ransom for their return if something happened to them.

My photo of my father taken during the war, and his medals. I would fight to the death if somebody tried to take those from me.
(He died in 1992. These things mean the world to me, as he did when he was alive.)

My pictures. No amount of money could buy this as they are snapshots of the memories and people I love.

Family photographs and heirlooms. They have little to no monetary value, but I'd be heartsick if I lost them.
