I have brown leaves on my apple tree?

most of the other leaves have yellowish orange spots on them what can I use to bring the tree back to life

get a strong power hose and water them down they will dry ang fall then make a hole like around te trunk where it will hold water and let the roots breath, feed your tree vita mins very little manuere . also try injections nursery sells with a very good long lasting vitamin.
