How far apart in years are you and your spouse? And how far apart is too far?

My husband and I are 11yrs apart and I absolutely have no complaints I think it all depends on what kind of person you are and who you fall in love with.
He's older

i'm only 7 months younger than my husband and it's great as we grew up with the same things and can laugh at all the songs we used to love in the 80's. i dated a guy for a couple of months once who was 8 years younger and the difference was significant. yeah i think typically any more than 8 or 10 is too far apart.

Me and my husband are only 6 months apart. My mom was 5 years older than my dad, and my sister and her husband of 25 years are 10 years apart. I think if your spouse is old enough to be your parent than that is too old.

I am six months older then he is lol. I dont feel that is too far apart if the people really love each other and they are both adults. It is what is in the heart that matters not the age! As long as it is love and not just for money or other selfish purposes that is.

My hubby and I are 8 years apart - I'm 28, he's 36. We have a great relationship - have known each other 3 years, been married almost one. Prior to meeting him, I dated guys 10-20 years older then me - those relationships were difficult. I would say keep it under 10 years, at least then you're still in the same decade!

Hubby and I are 3 weeks apart :) As for as "how far apart is too far" I've seen the average maximum age difference is around 10yrs.

im 34 and my parnters 36 to far apart would be like 27 to 38

My husband's 4 years older than me but he thinks he's my daddy!So to bring him off that high horse, I constantly remind him to take his Centrum Silver, he's 33 and I'm 29. I've always liked older guys so, as to how far is too far depends on you and what you're comfortable with.

I am 7 years older than my husband. That's kind of far I think.
