You people are such losers!!! LMFAO. I did some research and it turns out the necrophilia is A) not a federal offense and B) in states where it is prohibited it is only a misdemeanor. Way to "answer" my question, you good-for-nothing prudes.

It is not legal in any of them. One would have to be in an altered state to even consider necrophillia. A stiff for your stiffie, is just plain wrong.
