Do you think running around so much makes them less ticklish?

I do not believe that shoe size or running affects how ticklish the feet are however I do believe that people who walk/run barefoot are generally less ticklish or can control the tickling better.
When it comes to being ticklish, some people are born ticklish, some are born not ticklish and some learn to control the tickling because of childhood tickling abuse.
For the record, I wear means 8 1/2 and my feet are very ticklish.

I've played soccer my entire life, and my feet aren't that ticklish. I do wear a size 12 shoe though.
