Nope, you have to study and work hard...college is much different than high school. Good luck and don't party too hard!

Of course not! It's simply a good predictor of how you will do in college, which college admissions use to try and predict how you will graduate (i.e. with honors, magna *** laude, suma *** laude, I'm sure I didn't spell those right...) But if you don't put it any effort, OBVIOUSLY you won't do well in college. High SAT scores also don't guarantee admission into a great college- but I'm guessing you knew that? Your GPA, personal qualities, letters of recommendation, extracurriculars, college essay, often an interview, etc. are also major factors.
Edit: I didn't curse, for anyone wondering about the asterisks... hopefully you know why they were blocked out, I don't think I spelled it wrong, however, it's just Latin I believe.

No. They simply indicate an estimate of the takers mastery of certain subjects. If you go off to college, never attend classes, don't take the tests and drink all of the time, you won't get good grades even if you aced the SATs.

No, one test can not accuratly judge your aptitude. Hard work, and keeping at it is the only thing that can almost (but not totally) guarantee "high grades".
