Not everything does hurt so bad... as we would be well and truly up poop street if it did!!

But when something is painful: It is so, as a warning sign that something is wrong/not quite right: or that you are actually quite human and have feelings!!

e.g. If you put your hand in the fire, pick up a red hot coal: It will burn, and hurt like hell: Yeah? So unless you are a total numb nut: You won't be doing that again!!

Just think of the damage it would do to you if it did not hurt??

If you love someone and they treat you badly... it hurts..
If they 2 time you... it hurts..
If they dump you... it hurts..

Again, this shows you are human...have feelings... may be a warning... or a blessing in disguise...

All these things hurt for a time... but you have to remember: What does not Kill you...makes you stronger!!

Depends on what hurts....are you talking actual pain like from bumping your head...or pain from your life experiences or your family??? If you talking about life pain, then find someone to talk to about what is causing you to feel this way....i can garentee that life is not saposed to be painful...everyone goes through bouts of depression, but if this has lasted a long time then you truely need to speak to a professional. Talking to someone who will make no judgements about you is probably the best thing for you to do. Life is not easy, but it does get better, i promice...you just have to keep your head up and take one day at a time. If you cant afford a counceler, try a church pastor...anyone would do ok to get you back on your feet again, usually they will listen to you and guide you in the right direction...for free.....Good luck!!! Life is to precious to hurt all the time...find help.

Hi sweetheart, i have read a few of your other questions and alot of them relate to mine-you have been throguh tramatic times, and have alot on your mind-and at the end of the day i could advise you until i was going blue i the face :)

But... you have to go and see a counsellor-which is what i am doing very soon. Until recently i didnt know that i had a panic disorder (and suffer panic attacks etc) but now i am going to get counselling for it.

Counselling isnt a sign of weakness, and is for the best!

I hope this helps xx

Hello angeleyez, What is hurting you? Life- relationships-job? Some people are more sensitive to lifes problems than others & some people get more than their share of lifes problems...whatever it is you don't have to just take it . There are people who will be glad to help you - you just have to ask...2 people working on a problem is better than one...I will be looking for another queston from you - with more detail about what's hurting you ....until then good luck...

It only hurts if you let it hurt, life just happens to be full of ups and downs, everybody gets hurt from time to time, you just got to be more positive.

I would say so we can learn from our mistakes and learn to avoid to make rhe same mistake twice- it will get better, don't dwell on the pain for too long but make a plan to do better next time

nothng is that bad. when i look around at my life, i live from paycheck to paycheck, do not own a car, do not have food to eat,and its not that bad for me. so what is going on with you that could be that bad. if you say to yourself its bad well of course it will be bad. if you sit down and think about the things you do have maybe you could turn that all around.
