Don't worry about it. It is normal. You are going to get pubic hair, your penis is going to grow longer, and then it will also get thicker. Erections will come randomly for no apparent reason but that will pass in about 6 months to a year. It will take a while for the rest of body to catch up to your genitals but it will and you will look like all other males.

yea i hit puberty late, around 14 or 15, and my brother even later, (not that i was checking) i didnt notice armpit hair on him until 16, and he still has a skinny boy's body now at 17. while later than average i dont think 14/15 is abnormally late
