Depends how cold it is, in the winter I love to wear my cosy teddy bear pj's, but in the summer I normally just wear a little nighty

It's not healthy to wear underwear to bed, your private parts need to "breathe" and you can get breast cancer from wearing bras at night (the breasts are too restricted constantly).
So I just wear a long nightshirt.

light pyjamas or a nightie in the summer or when it's not so cold, if it's really cold then warm snuggly pyjamas, i think i slept in my bday suit once and never went back there...
