It's called a Jew's Harp and can be bought at most musical instrument stores. Makes a neat sound, doesn't it?

Its a Jaw Harp of more commonly referred to as a Jew's Harp.

it's called a jaw harp, only a few bucks. they're easy to play. you just push them against your teeth and touch your lips to the two metal prongs coming around the small bar, cuf your hand around the semi circle part and flick the middle bar.
