It might look good on you but it's not good idea because you need to take a good care of your face and body too. If you want to be pretty and attractive , I think u don't need a lip peircing.
If u have a peircing it looks ugly and im pretty sure u don't want to look ugly.

I'm all for piercings, but I think on you it would just look pseudo- angsty. You don't want to look like a walking cliche of a bitter teenager.
