Seashells don't "live." It's just the shell off a dead clam or something. But if you're asking if you can find them there, yes. There are seashells in New Jersey. They wash up on shore after the clam dies in them out at sea.

Seashells are not actually alive.

The snails, clams and other organisms that leave seashells are alive, and I'm sure some of them must live in the Wildwood region, but the seashells don't live there.
