No. But I did read Robert Caro's biographies of Lyndon Johnson. The portrait he painted was of a man obsessed with becoming president, while simultaneously realizing that he would die relatively young. The result was an astonishingly amoral man. Caro never comments on the Kennedy assasination, but one cannot fight the growing realization that Lyndon Johnson was very capable of it.
