Try the Physicians Formula concelor, it's the yellow tube for purple spots. It also works on covering those veins. It's done wonders for me. Hope this helps.

I highly recommend Bobbi Brown's Creamy Concealer Kit. It comes in a range of shades and is a creamy concealer with a matching very light powder in a different section of the little pot which sets it and makes it stay put. I get dark shadows under my eyes and find it very useful in concealing them. You can see more about it at:

Hi. I use Dermablend. I have scars, and they cover them completely, and i love the makeup/body cream. Dermablend covers scars, acne, spider veins, pigmintation, tattoos, stretch marks, birthmarks, ect... its absolutely wonderful. It may be a Little more expensive than most makeups, but its really worth it. If you decide to go with dermablend, please get the setting powder to go with it. it sets the make up in to have it feel dry and not oily and creamy. I hope it works for you, actually, it will work for you. Good luck. :-)

If they aren't covered up when you apply foundation, try using a concealer first.
