If you are talking about the inside... then pour tea leaves (loose or from tea bags) into shoes and leave overnight( the longer the better), this absorbs the bad odours and leaves shoes smelling fresher!

Throw them away and get new shoes. The smell means there is allot of germs and bacteria in your shoes.

odor eaters makes a foot powder that works really well. i used to have this same problem. it's in a yellow bottle.
