What do you do when no matter how many times you say and do nice things for other's. All you get back is you didnt do enuogh or something else just as nagitive.An it seems no matter how much good you put out all you get back is bad. What do you do then stop trying to be good?

Sometimes the same thing happens to me...the world
is changing for the worst..people doing horrible things..
but never stop being good because eventually some good will
come out of it..trust me

Don't be a fatalist. Yes, you won't get back what you put in, but why are you doing "nice" things? The way I think is that I will be a nice/good person for me. If I can make my corner of the world suck less then I guess I succeed and maybe one day the karma will come back and something great will happen. Negativity just breeds more and I don't want to live like that. Do you?

Let the people who give you these negative feelings know how you feel....by dishing it back at them. No point in keeping everything bottled up inside and then having it explode at an unexpected moment. You do sound like a nice person and keep being nice to the people who're nice to you.

I only hang out with my mom and kid...I can let go of all the negative rest of the world because I know to them I'm perfect

You never stop trying to be good. Don't lower yourself to anyone else's standards. Hold your head high and know that YOU do what is right.

yea - don't internalize the way other people react to you. Take people with a grain of salt because if you don't - you'll end up cynical and hateful when you get older
