Dog and 16 year old boy and 1 adult (not mom or dad) in the basement (try to make a separation, 2 rooms).
Mom and Dad in largest bedroom, upper.
12 year old girl, second bedroom upper.
Other adult in main living room.

Kids should each have their own room. Maybe you can reno the bsmt to make more bedrooms? Dog can go outside. Two adults in each room assuming they sleep as a couple.

maybe you can remodel the main floor with one or two smaller rooms so the kids have their own room. and the dog live in garage/basement
or remodel the upper level to 3 rooms and make a small room at he main level and make the dinning room as a living room?

what's the square feet of your house anyway?

The best thing to do is put the adults and children in beds and the dog in a dog house
