I keep getting phone calls and I'm not lieing I also have caller id and it always says blocked call I answered it and i just heard breathing and no i'm not trying to scare you believe me i'm more scared now than you guys!

Been there done that! But first in this day and age you have to keep your doors locked at all times.Thats just common sense.Now as far as the steps you can take for the phone;you could get a new number and have it unlisted,not answer if you don't know the caller,have the phone company trace your calls for awhile but the main thing is not to give them a fun time on their end, they want to upset you so don't let them know it worked.My phone company did advise me against buying an air horn.

1) get an answer phone
2) contact your phone company to trace the source and bloc it
3) change your personal number and only allow close friends access. Or go x-directory.
4) for goodness sake secure your doors and windows
especially when you are alone ( even in summer)

i beleive u have a stalker on ur hands, or just one of ur friends palyinfg with u. To be honest what u need to do is call ur telephone company and have them moniter ur phone have them make ur incoming phone calls unblocked meaning no one can call ur house blocked anymore
