i just bought it and havn't watched it yet. is it as scary and gory as it looks in the previews?

I liked it, it's not too scary but it's REALLY creepy and GROSS! Some parts made me jumpy but not too bad! I hope you like it.

I'm assuming you're talking about the new one, and not the original one. In either case, no, it's not too gory. It's a bit disturbing at times... the kind that makes you say "stop it"... hah. But that's about it. It made me a little nervous but like I said, it's not too scary, so... don't be afraid. You'll be ok =)

i just watched it last night and thought i was really good! suprisingly, it wasn't as gory as i thought it was going to be. i think that's b/c so many people were telling me it was gory that i was just expecting much worse. it's really not too scary but it's still a good movie

It's not scary at all. The plot is absoltely horrible...it comes off as a really bad rip-off of "House of 1000 Corpses" and "The Devils Rejects".
It's one of those movies where the story line revolves around the gore...don't bother watching it.

i seen it but i didnt get scared, but not a lot of films scare me. I get scared of stupid things though. It was quite gory i think, cant totally remember, but not as bad as Saw or anything like that. It was ok i thought, not crap but not amazing either. enjoy!

I hope you haven't unwrapped it. I was sadly disappointed. Lame story but yes it's gross.
