For puffiness, use a specially-made-for-eyes gel. Try one that contains cucumer because its enzymes naturally reduce swelling. Keep it cold in the fridge before using. The coldness will shrink blood vessels to reduce puffiness. Use two times a day, I recommend morning and night.

You can get my favorite, St. Ives Eye and Face Stress Gel at your local Longs, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, or Walgreens. Or wherever the sell St. Ives. I got mine for about 2.99.

An old beauty trick is to use Preparation H under your eyes to reduce puffiness. Hey, it shrinks the swelling in other parts, so why not use it under your eyes!

Cold reduces swelling. Hold a few ice cubes under your eyes, and also when you wake up in the morning. Safer than using something under your eyes that may irritate them.

lay down and put two wet tea bags on your eyes for ten minutes. The tannic acid in tea reduces swelling. Cucumber slices also work well.
