If i HAD to choose, i would have to choose, to have "loved and lost". I have loved a few people in my time-as well as being in love with my partner. I have also loved my ex partner.
There is nothing more satisfying in life- (i feel anyway!) than having someone who completes you and who you can share everything with you. The most touching thing is knowing that you love them as much as they love you-and the feeling is mutual.
I have loved and lost many a person in the past (both family and my ex partner of 3 and half years) but, i dont regret anything and i certainly wouldnt have it any other way. It is better to have loved and lost-than to never have loved at all-as if you have never loved, you have never been loved!
I think the people who say that they would rather have it any other way-are the ones who need love in their lifes or have it missing. Or perhaps they have had a negative experience in the past which has made them feel that way.
But to me love is everything and so is my partner!

Much better to have loved and lost as you will always love again. To never experience love would be a waste of a life x

to have loved and lost because you would have some memories.If you have never been loved or loved anyone you are like an empty shell. All humans need to be loved in their lives even if its a short while. Those that have never been loved feel unloved and hurt badly inside. Those that have loved and lost know that once there was a love inside them beyond belief and it will keep them warm till the end of their lives.

I belive it is better to have loved then lost, belive me I know, I was in a relationship and my bf died, if i had never loved him i would not be as open minded to my own desires and lifestyle as i am right now.

iwould probably have to be awkward on this one and say never to have loved at all reason for that is if you never have loved u wouldnt really know what you were missing.On the other hand i have loved and have lost twice now and it bloody hurts not just for days neither it goes on for years
