Having lived in a muslim country I can tell you no, they don't they raise them just like most people in the West do.

i cant believe you had the nerve to say that!!! muslims belive in a religion called Islam-which means PEACE. everyone steroetypes and say muslims are terrorists. thats because they are too lazy to open the holy book and see what it says with their own eyes. nothing in there is said about killing people being okay! killing isn't allowed. all the terrorists you see arent even considered muslims. the terrorists are giving all muslims bad names, and we believe that god has created everyone equal-mental retardation is no exuse for killing... killing isnt allowed PERIOD. muslims are normal peaceful human beings. u should stop being a typical american and do some research-STOP STEREOTYPING

No they dont do that. it would be considered murder.
It is an option for abortion in USA though, if its found your child will have down syndrome the doctor may bring up abortion as an option. I dont know if any other countries practice this though.
