The bone in my right arm connecting my shoulder to my tricep has been hurt for about a week since I helped move some heavy furniture. I don't wanna keep taking pain pills. Besides protein and drinking milk, what can I do / eat to help them get back healed and strong?

I also suggest calcium tablets. How exactly is the bone hurt, anyway? If its bruised, try to limit its movement - the same goes for a break or a fracture.

It sounds more like a strain on the muscles. Your bones shouldn't be the concern. Probably pulled a muscle or tendon or ligament.
Go to your doctor.
