I live in Houston, and, my real name is also Ced. I once worked a charity event in Midland Texas while Ced Benson's mom, Jackie cried because of Ceds dynamite performance on the field. Unsure of why she was crying I asked a local where was here husband, the local replied prison. Shocked and embarrassed I couldn't wait to look into it. Sure enough I later learned that Ceds dad, not named Cedric Sr, but, Cedric Turnipseed. Seriously, that's his dads name, so Ced Benson's parents are Jackie Benson, and, Cedric Turnipseed. What a name....I'd carry my mom's name, too, if my old man was named Turnipseed. Sounds crazy, but, it is true. Checkout Ced Bensons profile on NFL.com, or, you probaly can do a yahoo search of the name, Cedric Turnipseed. He's been in the bighouse a lot.
