I know that he likes me but I'm not sure how to tell him that I feel the same. Please help, I'm so confused!

Try saying "I really like you, as more than a friend."
Swallow your fear and spit it out. It's like cold water--if you think about it too much, you'll probably just get scared and back out of saying it.
Guts! It's all about guts. Nobody ever said it'd be easy, but the beauty of the simple "just say it" approach is it's quick, painless, and gets results.

I've been that same exact situation. And I didn't tell him I felt the same way back even though he was constantly annoying me every single day, telling me how pretty I was, and always telling really lame jokes, always staring at me, always. I pretty much ignored him. and I don't work there anymore. (We worked together) and now I regret not telling him. I also miss him annoying me everyday, see how much your life can start to suck too?? LOL!! So just be bold for once in your life and TELL HIM. Like the other guy said and he's a guy. At least you won't regret it for a really long time. At least until you meet someone new right? All you need to do is go to a private place and ask him if it would be fine if you guys could go out, because you like him too, that is what i do and i have been together with a boy named Thomas, for 2 years.

When you like some one start out by giving hints. if they still don't get them, tehn it is time you tell him face 2 face. Then if he likes you back you will know you made the right desision.
It will take alot of courage but you wil come over it
