2. See the doctor that the employee health person recommends.
3. If its muscular, that can be treated
4. You may have torn the fascia in and around the waist that would be the precursor to a hernis.

At any rate report if it's on the job, ASAP

You should then know you strained yourself go to a chiropractor or get checked you may be eligible for workmans comp soak in hot tubs of epsom salts but see a dr you prolly twisted your guts and moved an organ and strained those muscles.. holding them all in.

you strained yourself you should reported to your supervisor and go to the e.r and get some light duty.
