you got to be 100% sure you want to change if your not your going to fail baddly. Find out your favorite foods and target them!! eat snacks and by all means no thowing up or perging that is nasty.
eat breakfest every day and a meal once a day other then snacking when you want through the day and drink pop if you want it ma be bad for your health but that is not what I am targetting it is your weight! anything to get meat on you is fine til you get to a appropeate weight then ask a friend that weighs ok what her daily eating diet is like and make a chart of things and keep asking her and updating that chart till your cured.
then once your no longer anorexic then you can start fine tuneing out bad foods and put in healthy foods in its place. howw old are you dear? e-mal me at dreamweaver10@verizon.net m name is Paul

Hun, you need to tell your parents and if you can't go to them, go to another trusting adult who can get you the help you need. You have already taken the first step and realized you have a problem. Any parent would want to know if there daughter was in some kind of trouble. Parents are there to help you, thats why you are still a kid :) Good Luck!!!!!
Oh and by the way i'm 5'1" and weigh about 105 and a friend of mine is 5' and she weighs about 95lbs. You aren't far off, but if you are becoming obsessed with weight thats a problem.

Well..... You need to tell whoever you trust the most that is a adult. The treatments for helping with these problems are a bit expensive. Now you can all hot-line and things but the help you need may not be good enough through the phone.
Just think of it this way if you really want help reach out to some one. If you want to keep on doing what you are doing and on one seems to know anyway then do that.
Just remember the longer you wait the worst it gets and the harder it gets to treat.

The county has medical professionals that will help you. The will also help you with the costs. If your under the age of 18 your parents will have to be notified. Your parents love you and I'm sure that they want you to be healthy, so talk to them.
You will want to get both medical and psychological help. I'm sure that peer pressure, the media and commercials were probably a trigger to the anorexia. The medical doctors will teach you how to feel comfortable with food in your body. The psychological doctors will help you address why you starting not eating and puking food.
