Yes it is normal sweety.
Some of us are 'Blessed' with these erect nipples - you are not alone.
Tip: wear a padded bra this will help hide them as they can be a bit embarrassing at times.

It could just be because your breasts are constantly growing and changing. It may also be a cyst which will usually go away on its own and isn't something to be concerned about, but make sure to let your doctor know if it doesn't go away fairly soon. I have a cyst that has been on my breast since I was small. I've had an ultra sound and they found that it was just a regular cyst that may never go away, but it isn't harmful. I would say if it is still there after a week or two make a doctors appointment to get a second opinion.

I would guess that it would be normal. I saw a lot of girls when I was that age that had hard nipples poking through their shirts. Its either from being cold or being aroused. It might even be one of those uncontrollable things during puberty like guys getting erections.

everyones nipples get hard...i means your cold, theyve been exposed to air after being trapped in all day long(takin ure bra off) or your horny
