One of my friends was really ill at home, but it was bad enough as it was coming out both ends and he couldn't eat anything for 3 days and hardly came out the bathroom. One morning he decided to take a shower but as soon as he did, he felt like he was going 2 throw up, so he leaned out the shower, sat in the sink and puked in the toilet....
He told me this only after I used his bathroom! :S

i caught a stomach bug once - a day after i had sprained my ankle and was on crutches!! can you picture it?!! it was not a pleasant experience but one i will always remember!!

whilst travelling in Peru i ate some ice cream. big mistake! next day my stomach was well and truly rumbling like an old diesel engine. didn't pass a solid one for a week and lost over two and a half stone.
i managed to cure it with a course of penicillin, plenty of fresh water and a three day hunger strike. starved it to death you see.
on the fourth day went for a walk down by the river and felt that dreaded call of nature. "not again" i thought. so i ducked behind a hedge to take care of business. i sensed something wonderful was happening though,and right enough when i checked the sight there it was -solid as a rock.
i felt so proud of the achievement i wanted to bag it and take it back to the hostel to show it off to my friends but, i resisted the temptation.
when i told them about my success they didn't believe me. they too were suffering from that particular Peruvian delight.
and the moral of the story: always have good hard evidence evidence to back up your claims.

After a visit to India. Oeuf. There IS such a thing as Delhi belly! Still feel ill thinking of it now. Had to spend four days of my honeymoon on antibiotics wasting away on the toilet. It was an auger of the marriage though - we divorced within a year. Next time, I'll listen to my body!! :-)

My family of 5 spent a New Year's EVe in the hospital with the stomach bug. We were all puking out guts out. All over each other and all over the hospital room and such. It was gross.

Just being sick on your stomach is bad enough.
In High School a friend of mine got sick one night and jumped up and ran down the hall to get to the bathroom. She didn't make it throw up and slid to the bathroom.........So nasty!
Her sisters and parents open the bedroom doors to see her sliding down the hall.
