Man, I don't think I could listen to just one song for the rest of my life. No matter what song I'd pick, it would probably end up drivin me totally bananas.

My first inclination would be something from the Beatles.
But which one?
It could take forever to decide!

So, I am switching gears and going into Classical mode.
My choice:
Antonin Dvorak - Symphony No. 9, Op. 95,
"From the New World"

Such an incredible piece of music, and his style was emulated by a lot of modern rock and country musicians.

I especially love the Allegro con fuoco...go to second link for a taste.
