You know, really life has a great meaning, I already find it, maybe not everything yet but for sure it is great. And this is not all this staff that you can read in Yahoo answers and all around. It looks like our great men do not want us to know and try to keep it hidden. Not by really hiding it but by making it look like something unbelievable or stupid or funny. If You really want to find this Meaning of Life and not playing game with yourself -- the way is simple.
Make a decision to find The Meaning Of Life.
Do not trust anybody opinion, newspapers, TV and so on.
Check everything with Your conscience and heart.
Follow Your intention and one day You win.
This subject is really big and can not be putted in couple words.
But it really exist.

You have cracked the nut. Except the dying part this has been my experience so far, and it seems life is as simple as you've put it here when I reflect upon it. There are some moments of terror and lots of strange happenstances as well but I'd say this pretty much sums it up. Cudos.

I believe the "meaning of life" is to "GIVE life meaning". We are in control. What are you going to do with the life you have? Touch someone else's life. It doesn't take take much. Tell a 90 year old that they matter...That you give a ****. You might want to reword that. Small things make a big difference more than we know.

I think you pretty much summed it up there! It's the whole procreation thing. But i wonder - is there actually a meaning to life? It is possible that we are just here by the random chaos theory! It's good to debate though.

The Meaning of life is to improve. You may read this answer in at least two ways: the first understanding is that you improve yourself, which is firstly necessary if you then intend to improve the world within which you reside, which is in turn the second explanation of to improve.

Trying to actually be serious ...
If this is the "meaning of life," then fulfilling this pattern would define someone as "fully human."
But that would mean that those who die while children--before they "get laid"--aren't fully human.
That seems to be the problem with this definition.
