i need to have a belt to wear with jeans. what type should i get?

You need a belt that is 2 inches bigger than your waist size to start with. This is so you don't have to use the last holes. If your waist is a 34, then you get a size 36 belt.
Always coordinate your belt color with your shoes. Never wear a black belt with brown shoes or vice versa. Express for Men has great belts and so does the Gap. I prefer black leather (never buy cloth belts or imitation leather) with silver buckles as they go with pretty much everything that I own. Your wallet should also match your shoes and belt. Black shoes, black belt, black wallet. If you wear glasses, make sure they match too. Silver frames are pretty general purpose. Hope that helps!

it depends on the style of jeans, your other accesories and if you are trying to show off your waist, create a waist line.....
provide more details...or just go to the dollar store and pick a belt that fits. thats should do.

If a mall any where near you has The Buckle go there. They have the cutest belts!

I went to Express the other day and got this DARLING belt that was on sale. It was beige with copper, sliver, brass, and gold subtle polka dots. It matches with everything.

most belts go wti hany plain pair of jeans, however a scarf-belt is still ina and is very pretty.

get a brown or black leather belt. they are more expensive but they look nicer and will take you through many events.
