to change my number. I just wondered if there is any other options?

it is possible but it depends on the phone and service. i cant do it with my motorola razr v3, but i can make it only accept calls in my contacts but with my nokia 6255i i can choose certain numbers to block

You can't block the number but on some phones you can set to only accept incoming calls from people in your contacts. That will block out more calls than you want but it will also block that person. The other option is to put the number in your contacts and name the contact something like "DO NOT ANSWER" instead of their name, maybe set the picture that comes up to some circle with a slash through it type symbol.

you should be able to call your service and have them do it for you. I know my boyfriend can do that with his cell.

you can't do it, I have already tried by calling the phone company.
