Is it a man, or a monkey, come on now! two different things entirely.
First, is your door strong enough to hold up for about a half hour if the man/monkey starts shooting? If so, call the police, or animal control, close all the windows, and lock yourself in a secure room.
Second, if it's a monkey, is he holding the gun like he knows how to use it? if not, can you open the door wide enough to grab the shotgun without letting the monkey in? if so, grab the gun, and then call the animal control.
Third, if it's a man, or if it's a monkey that appears to know how to use the gun, and your doors are not very secure, do whatever the man/monkey tells you to do.
