Finding Your Bra Size
1. BAND SIZE- Measure directly beneath your bust. If the measurement is an even number, add 4 inches. If it is an odd number, add 5 inches. EXAMPLE: If you measure 32", your BAND SIZE is 36. If you measure 33", your BAND SIZE is 38.
2. BUST SIZE- Measure across your breasts at the fullest point.
3. CUP SIZE- =(bust size) - (band size)
up to 3" = C cup
4" = D cup
5" = DD cup
EXAMPLE: if your BUST SIZE is 42" and your BAND SIZE is 38", then you would be a D cup.

1. To find your bra size
Measure in inches directly under the breasts ensuring the tape is firm and level across your back. If the number is even add 4", if odd add 5"
2. To find your cup size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is level across your back. The difference between your bra size and your full bust measurement is your cup size.
Same as bra size = A cup
1" more = B cup
2" more = C cup etc.
Example:
Measurement (1) is 31" plus 5" = 36 bra size
Measurement (2) is 38" (ie a 2" difference) = C cup
Your correct bra size is a 36C

Places like Gap Body and Victoria's Secret are trained to size you for their bras. From personal experience, however, don't go to one store and shop at the other, because Gap Body sizes tend to run small.
To do it yourself, get your hands on a seamstress's tape measure. Wear one of your current bras that fits pretty well, no sports bras or push-ups as they'll distort your measurements. Measure around your ribcage just underneath your bust, then add 5. This is your band size (34, 36, etc). If it's an odd number, you can go up or down depending on your comfort.
Then, measure around your bust at its widest point--not too loose, but don't strangle yourself, either. The difference between this number and the number you got as your band size is your cup size. A one inch difference is an A cup, a two inch difference is a B cup, a three inch difference is a C cup, so on and so on.
Your size can change from year to year, so it's reccommended that you have yourself measured every six months just to make sure you're wearing the right size.

Each brand is different but you measure around the biggest part, then your ribs right under them and subtract the difference. its something like 1in is an A, 2in is a B and so on. I would try it on though, because as I said each brand is different.
