I have to talk on the phone at work and am losing my voice and in a lot of pain. Its on top of a sinus infection so I can't use a nose spray to stop the dripping. I'm using cloraspectic a lot but its not working well. Other than tea, any suggestions? Or is there a specific type of tea anyone suggests?

If you have a sinus infection, antibiotics. Otherwise, mint tea, spicy foods, sleep on your side, carbonated water.

This wont help so much while at work, but when you're at home pour some hot hot water into a bowl and sit with your face as close as you can stand to the water and place a towel over your head. Breathe in the steam for as long as you feel comfortable, take a break and do it again. You'll probably have to blow your nose a lot after a session of this but it seems to get things flowing and clean up the congestion and dripping quicker then just medicine and happy thoughts. I've also heard of people doing the hot water and alternating it with ice cubes massaged over your sinus area.
