Can't think of anyone I've ever known named 'Ginobili'. I love the San Antonio Spurs and Manu is going to be a hall of fame player. Something funny...the first time my sister-in-law saw a Ginobili jersey she asked me and her dad,"Who is Gino Billy?".

I know two people who would name their child Ginobili. One is the lady who works fast food and who wants her kid to be working right next to her in 16 years. The other got knocked up at age 15 and thought it would be cute to give her kid a unique name. Ghetto with a capital G.

You should maybe have named him Manu, so that he doesnt have a last name for a first. But, the man makes the name, the name doesnt make the man so hes gonna have to be pretty coll basically.
