No if the final was 2 to 4 in pk's. And the game ended say 2:2 and ended the half 1:0 the score would read, ( 2:2 (1:0) (2:4)pk)
Not sure about the abbreviation after the pk score but there is an abbreviation

nNo if you go into penalty kicks and the score is 1-1.
if one teams scores 3 and the other scores 4 the final score will be 1-1(3-4)
thats what it would look like

no they do not count as a win or loss, but the penalty score is put in parenthesis around the final tied score before the penalties.
