Sure you can, Just click on their pic and it should take you to their profile where you then have the option to private message them or send an e-mail.
If there are no details there, then unfortunately there isn't really much you can do!
If there is a specific person you want to contact you back, just put a little note in the add details bit and they might see it if they check back on the answer.

Click the name of the person that you are interested in. That will take you to thier Yahoo Answers profile page. Some users have no contact info, but many have an email link, a messenger link or link to thier '360' page...

If the individual's personal settings are set for their email address to be public, then yes. You would have to click on his/her screen name to see if it is private or public.

Yes you can. All you do is click on their screen name, then it should take you to your E-mail, then just send your E-mail.
((IF they opted not to display their e-mail address, you can STILL send the E-mail, because Yahoo has preserved their identity, but will still let your E-mail go thru)). I just got one today.
