(4!/4) + 4 + 4 = 14

for 13, I wish you could give me the option to use 4 6 times

then it will be

(4!) - (4X4) + 4 + (4/4) = 13

(4! + 4 )/4 +4 = 11

(4X4) - (4!/4) = 10

If you cannot use the square root, then I'm not sure that every value will be possible.

How about factorial?
4! / 4 + 4 + 4 = 14

And then there is 44 / 4.4 = 10

4+4+(4/4)+(4/4) = 4+4+1+1= 10

4+4+(4/4)+(4/4)+(4/4) = 4+4+1+1+1 = 11

4+4+4+(4/4) = 8+4+1 = 13

(4*4) - (4/4) - (4/4) = 16 - 1 - 1 = 14

This is too easy;

First, 44 / 4.4 = 10
Second, (4 / 0.4) + (4 / 4) =11
Third, 4 * 4 - (4! /[ 4 * 4]) = 13
Fourth, 4! / 4 + 4 + 4 = 14
